Locks everything in place

Though it looked a little runny to be a top coat, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it worked. We put it on my daughter's nails and not only did it lock the nail stickers she put on it place but it kept the polish on a lot longer than usual. It survived two days in school and lot of running water.
