I recently wrote a review and flamed Retro because of a problem. In this follow-up review, their customer service to resolve an issue was textbook correct. You can tell everything about a business by how they resolve problems. There was an issue and they took care of it. No drama. No nonsense. This is why I'll be a customer and recommend them in the future. Well done.
