Satin Wipe-On Clear Kit

The order arrived well packed as described. There was a learning curve to application. In retrospect i chose the satin finish as i thought it would be more forgiving of imperfections. In reality it showed the application strokes and seems to be inconsistent in appearance. If i had to do it over i would have gone with the gloss. The wipe on pads are a mess. They shed and come apart. Their application is inconsistent and wastes product. I ordered some terrific pads from amazon with a barrier to keep product from soaking into the sponge. They were a game chamger and extended the work time. This product has a short work time and it is one and done. You cant rework it after a few seconds. All an all this product is as described.

Streaky application. Tried 4 different appicators, and all were uneven. Where it went on smoothly, looks great, just too many areas with lines left behind.

I ordered the kit ans it was delivered damaged. They sent me a replacement package and that one was worse that the first. I finally just requested a refund. Even tho i was disappointed with the outcome, poppys patina company has been very helpful and agreed to refund me my money. Maybe in the future ill give them a 3rd try.
