The First pair I received where faulty within the hour of receiving them i was onto customer support, the asked for pictures of the fault and instantly seen the problem and rectified the situation by sending out a brand new pair. The new Elton's have been perfect out of the box. they let me keep the old faulty pair. Very generous. I am grateful for the professionalism they showed towards me and will be buying again, I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their sleep. They work as intended and my sleep has never been better.
