Arrived in somehow sad condition with most canes already brown. Nearly every cane is now fully brown and progressing badly. Hoping for the best and hopefully it perks up. Will amend review if it does come from from its sad situation.
It died, but the Heirloom's guarantee and customet service is replacing it as I type this.
