Strengthening nails

Noticed a difference after wearing for a week between gel polishes. I was hoping to use under the gel as some others described, but when I tried it my gel peeled off immediately. However, that particular gel also came off immediately when I tried it again without the nail hardener underneath so it may just be that particular color.
