I bought the full size Glossy duo in hopes to add shine to my hair. Loved the Ghost line and wanted to trial this and others in the full size (12 oz), before purchasing the jumbo (32 oz). The original purchase did not arrive so I reached out to customer service who reported it got lost in transit. They sent a replacement pretty quickly. First few uses were okay but the product did nothing to improve my hair. Smell was mid. After about a week, it was lack luster and I started dreading my wash and looking for other products. I'm sure this works well for other people, just not me (who daily washes). I need a good clarifying shampoo to bring back the life and volume lost from this product. Would not have posted a review but this is probably the 5th email by Verb asking for feedback!
