I tried ordering the 10.5EE (wide) since the 9.5EE were too tight but unfortunately the area that is too tight (at the widest area of the toe base) is still too tight and the shoe has a bit of play front to back. I'm not going to return them since I got them dirty and was trying to break them in but I likely won't wear them again unless I'm doing something that requires protected toe boots and I also likely won't order Keen shoes again until the product designers widen the toe area. It seems like the cup makes a perfect U shape if you're looking down on it directly above but should be wider at the top points of the U if that makes sense. (If you can imagine your toes diving into the bottom post of the U.) That part strangles my toes. The end of the toe area seems fine though.

I normally wear a 9.5EE wide shoe but some manufacturers run a bit different. For example I wear a 10.5EE from Merrell comfortably and a 9.5EE from Red Wing comfortably. I tried 9.5EE here and it's running a bit tight at the toes so I'd say maybe go up a half a size from what you typically wear. Overall the quality appears to be good but time will tell. The stitching appears stout and the sole doesn't feel like airy fake foam rubber so I'm optimistic

Comfortable
Last November, I got myself a pair of the women's Cincinnati 6", so I could do seasonal UPS. They did great. It was like wearing slippers. When I was walking up steep snow-covered hills with huge packages, I was steady on my feet. So, for Christmas, I got both my son and my grandson a pair. They both said they were comfortable, and the wide size was perfect. My Son said they got there just in time for the snow as his old boots were getting his feet wet. Being female and a Gram, I only have one wish. And that is that Keen would make the woman's in the darker chocolate color. Because well chocolate lol, l they show less wear, and make your feet look smaller. Now that I'm done working, I have still worn them as we have had lots of snow. My feet are dry, warm, and comfortable. I recommend these to everyone that will listen.
