There should be an option to select inserts that you want in your shoes/boots. These are a good insert and definitely more supportive than the one that comes in the shoe

Great Insoles

I decided to save money by purchasing a pair of work shoes that were NOT from Keen. It was a big mistake. I'm on my feet all day & had painful foot problems within 2 weeks. I bought these insoles so I wouldn't waste the money I already spent on the shoes and they are fantastic! No more pain! Next time I need shoes I'll just spend the money and get Keen, save myself the trouble.
