Nice casual shoe

I've been wearing Austins for over 10 years now and this one is just a bit better than the rest. What I like about it is the wide toe box and smooth leather finish that makes it a nice alternative between sneaker/hiker types and full on dress shoes. Also, I prefer the smooth leather to the previous Nubuck as it can be cleaned and even shined more easily. The leather is a little stiff in the tongue and I don't care for the flat laces which are just a little too short but I expect the leather to soften with use.

Great shoes

Required some breaking in, but now very comfortable and sturdy, without feeling like a clunky hiking boot. A great everyday shoe.

Rainy day shoes

Got these for Seattle winter walks. Feel comfortable but I can tell it will take awhile to "soften". Kinda clunky out of the box not like my Keen Hightrail shoes. Looking forward to breaking them in.
