Final Chapter Folder

I was very disappointed in the product I received today. It had been mailed in a plastic bag with bubble wrap around it instead of in a box. As a result the card board cover was bent and wrinkled. For $60 it looks pretty unprofessional . I could have done it myself with a three ring binder, some dividers, and labels on my laptop a whole lot cheaper! I will be happy to return it to you and I would like my account credited for the total amount. Cindy
