Magic Ink Pens

I am very disappointed with my experience. The Little Explorer books I received were much smaller than what was advertised. The pen gripper arrived melted inside the package, making it unusable. In addition, several free promotional items that were supposed to be included have not been delivered. I have emailed the company twice to report these issues and request assistance, but i have not received any response. The lack of customer service is just as disappointing as the condition of the products. I expected to receive what was advertised and at least receive a reply to my concerns. Based on my experience i cannot recommend this company.

We fit the oens for our grandsin weeks agi but we have nit received the conplete order. I’m not happy that we gave not received the work biiks thatci orders and the pen holder our credit card has been charged but None if the rwst and this has been weeks ago

I was excited to hear that there was some indentation that the pens could go into, but they’re very slight and don’t really make a difference and the letters and the numbers are really small. The only thing I really like is the gripper to show you how to hold the pen.
