Magic Ink Pens

I am very disappointed with my experience. The Little Explorer books I received were much smaller than what was advertised. The pen gripper arrived melted inside the package, making it unusable. In addition, several free promotional items that were supposed to be included have not been delivered. I have emailed the company twice to report these issues and request assistance, but i have not received any response. The lack of customer service is just as disappointing as the condition of the products. I expected to receive what was advertised and at least receive a reply to my concerns. Based on my experience i cannot recommend this company.

Terrible!!! Way too little for little hands trying to learn to write. Plus mine didn’t come in the box advertised 👎👎👎

need more pen tools for the pens in case they loses them and they will not spare
