Didn't get some of the stuff like the initial pin to use with the books I got the added on which was supposed to be 10 plus another said two pins but it was actually only one pin with nine ink cartridges so I guess the 10th one they put inside the thing already so yeah Way smaller than they advertised on there adds they're like the size of a Bible. And for the writing thing for the help kids hold the pencil it's a joke they're basic pinching the pin so not holding the pencil properly it's more like they're teaching them to do something else. I didn't want to purchase them someone else did so I didn't have to pay for them cuz I already saw that they're a waste of money. For a small little activity book for the car or something like that or something yeah

This is garbage. It is just junk. Don’t believe the reviews that are posted on the website because it’s all fake. I thought that this was junk just by looking at the website, but my elderly mother demanded I buy this anyways because she wanted to give it to my nephew. So I ordered it and we got it. It is tiny, and I do mean tiny. This might be appropriate for a toddler, but if your children are already in elementary school, skip it, and do not buy it. You will regret it. And there is no way to return this and get your money back. I want to make this clear, there is no way to return this and get your money back. I tried returning this through the website and through the app and neither one of them gives you an option to initiate a return or a refund. I sent an email to the company and I never got a response from them. So I got scammed.

I was expecting an elementary school age product of normal 8 1/2 x 11 size workbook with deeper grooves. The preschool edition arrived and the workbooks were about the size of an oversized greeting card. My bad for not checking more closely.
