I really appreciate the wide selection of grains and hops, and also the fast delivery. however, I made another small order shortly after, and did not realize that the shipping was more than the order itself. I understand you do not have control over shipping costs, but I was unable to get a hold of anyone via phone to cancel the order. This said, I will absolutely continue to use Northern Brewer. I just wish your customer service was a little more accessible.
