Boulies Master Rex

I give this chair the Boulies Master Rex Five Stars from the order process through the shipping information and updates through the assembly. The delivery took only a few days which was quite surprising. The packaging was very sturdy and was delivered in perfect condition. I always thoroughly inspect all shipments for outside damage that might indicate product damage. The container was in perfect condition which I would attribute to the heavy cardboard outside container. I was also very impressed how all the individual chair components were so well protected. As recommended for any significant purchase I laid out and inspected every component of the chair comparing the the instructions to make sure nothing was missing. I especially checked the chair band and seat for the material and stitching to find everything perfect. I had to admit that I not only used the written instructions included in the shipment but also used one of the video instructions I found online for the Master Rex fist comparing the two to make sure they where the same. The video did help make the instruction easier and added some additional information on installing screws through fabric. The end product was very impressive. I have had so many disappointing office and gaming chairs in my home over the years, most of which I was very disappointed with. I always tried to find chairs that would be similar in comfort and sturdiness to the ones in my corporate workplace. Although I don't have much experience with the chair so fair, this chair is every as good at the ones in my office for my job with I know were several times more expensive as this. The craftsmanship of this chair is excellent along with the care taking in shipping and the ease of assembly. Overall I am very impressed by this chair.

Great chair, very comfortable, I was a little apprehensive about the assembly, but the instructions were good and had it put together in about 45 minuter. I recommend that a helper is needed when assembling the back to the frame, but other than that its easy. The lumbar support is great, being able to move it to where it is needed. I would recommend this chair.

So far I'm happy with this chair- I have back and neck issues and the mesh task chair just wasn't cutting it anymore. Several people recommended I consider a gaming chair. I love all of the adjustment features, and it's comfortable with solid seat and back cushioning. My favorite feature is the foot rest. I spend a lot of hours at the computer, and I love the option for reclining while watching videos/trainings/webinars, and I can also lift up the footrest under my desk - great for those who sit too many hours. Assembly was hard. Not gonna lie. My husband (a carpenter/contractor who's really good at these things) and I worked on it over 4 days. The instructions that are included are not very good, and the photos are hard to see. I found videos on youtube thatmade it easier. What took us so long is we both struggled to get the screws to line up in the holes in the fabric - we'd get frustrated and have to walk away. Come back again the next day and make progress to the next step. Then get frustrated again and walk away. But finally success!
