Goose Mousse Supreme with Sauternes

Loved it! Top quality goose liver mousse! The very best I have found in the US. Shared it with four friends, and they all loved it. For me, it tastes best on freshly-baked baguette (with a real French crust). I will probably finish the 3.5 lbs tub within two weeks after I got it. I'll be ordering some more very soon. For people who are concerned about the price, just know that it doesn't take a lot to spread it over bread, so 3.5 lbs will go a long way.
