I am familiar with the fine products of the company they are outstanding. The Merguez could be better with a little more of anis seeds. Other than that, the charcuterie is excellent. What was amazing is the package and shipping. I never experience a so well-done job on the packaging and timely perfection and care. Bravo! I have worked in the industry of gourmet foods, and no one reached that level of care. Chef Lorenzo.
