I'm happy with this product it works well and I'm super happy to find an alternative method for snoring. Good customer service

Good product overall-- Ordered for my husband. According to him - the steps in instructions are explained well. The fit is once adapted to the bite /teeth etc is good. Took a few nights to get adjusted but not in a bad way. My thoughts/ wife who ordered: Does better when he is side sleeping. The "snore" noise is much much less but still have a minimal noise. Not every night but often enough to wake me. Customer service also did great replying to my emails after the order.
