Expected more from a “quality” brand

I really wanted to love this pan because it bakes beautifully. The pizza cooked evenly, cleanup was easy, and performance-wise I have no complaints. Unfortunately, the finish is another story. After just one use, the coating on the rim and cooking surface already has multiple chips and scratches (see photos). I followed the care instructions, used appropriate utensils, and expected much better durability from cookware at this price point. This is especially disappointing because this has happened with every Caraway pan I’ve purchased, not just this pizza pan. At first I thought it was a fluke, but after seeing the same issue across multiple pieces, I no longer have confidence in the longevity of the finish. For a premium-priced product, I expect a coating that holds up to normal use. If this were an inexpensive baking sheet, I might overlook it, but at Caraway’s price point it’s unacceptable. I’m now seriously considering returning the set because while the cookware performs well, the durability simply doesn’t match the premium price tag.

Loving This Pizza Pan

I love how the pizza cook’s evenly and the nonstick is next level greatness!!!! Having the ability to cook without sticking to the pan is great.

Next best thing to a pizzeria!

I have used my Caraway Pizza Pan several times. I used a thin crust refrigerated pizza dough from the grocery store. My oven actually has a pizza setting. The crust came out crispy and everything else was great, just like you would have at your local pizza restaurant. I have also used it to make street tacos or open faced sandwiches with melted cheese. Good investment!
