I love the Caraway timer. The color is great and it’s very compact good quality as expected. Giving it four stars instead of five because I would like the bell to be louder.

Beautiful kitchen timer.... Durability in question?
I purchased this timer and waited for weeks to actually receive it. It is absolutely beautiful! I used it a few times with no issues whatsoever..... and then it slipped out of my hand and fell (a short distance) to the floor.
(which I might add is carpeted). It broke. I couldn't believe that my kitchen timer stopped working!
I reached out to Caraway and initially was told that a "drop" wasn't covered by a warranty. ok
I followed up with their customer service and when I explained that kitchen hands are often wet or greasy and occasionally items do drop, I was delighted when they not only replaced my timer but included some tea towels. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... not entirely sure about the lifespan of this timer.

Had an issue with my last timer and reach out to customer service and they had responded so quickly I got my new timer within 2 or 3 days of submitting my claim. So great!
