Pretty but could be improved.

Dries down pretty textured & dull. Need a top coat for the topper. I’ve tried similar toppers that are in a completely clear base & dry with minimal texture- if any. It’s pretty but the room for improvement on the formula made me give 4 stars instead of 5.
