Ooni Signature Perforated Pizza Peel

My new pizza peel is excellent. Its lightweight but sturdy. The perforation pattern allows any excess semolina to fall away. The front edge is nicely tapered and it slides right under my pizza. I can launch without sticking. And the walnut handle is beautiful and feels great. And the size is perfect. So glad I ordered it.

Takes some practice to avoid "sticking" to the peel -- but as usual the "Ooni superior quality" stands out
