These blue blocking ‘prescription’ glasses have changed my evening reading life and had a strong, positive impact on my ability to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep. I previously used large 3M plastic blockers over reading glasses and these are significantly more effective. And naturally more comfortable. Fabulous product.
