Cavestone Fireplace Glass Doors | Custom Masonry Fit

I was charged $200 extra for a face that was supposed to be built for masonry, but it just went over the opening by about an inch and left the masonry gaps exposed. My installer had to have a piece of sheet metal fabricated to cover the holes. Disappointed with the fit on the overlap and the extra $200 they requested for the masonry and for having to pay for the piece of sheet metal. The face was otherwise nice, but now it's junked up with the thin piece of metal.

I had an issue with my original order being processed, but once that was resolved I received excellent customer service and the doors are exactly as i hoped they would be! Highly satisified overall!

Beautiful, well-made product. It fit like a glove and looks great. Nice people and an easy-to-work-with company made it even more enjoyable!
