We are thrilled with our Exceptional Fire products! We selected the Stiletto Masonry & Prefab Fireplace Custom Glass Doors product for both sides of our two-sided fireplace that divides two living areas. We ordered 5 sample finishes ahead of time to make sure we chose the best color option-ultimately selecting the Classic Bronze. We couldn't be happier with the final product. The Bronze Tinted glass is a gorgeous final touch. While we had a slight mounting hiccup due to a unique aspect of our fireplace box, Daniel (Exceptional Fireplace owner) and his team were quick to help us resolve the issue. I highly recommend Exceptional Fireplace. Ordering was easy, phone and text comms were a breeze, they have a lot of beautiful products, and installation was surprisingly easy.

Love this new glass fireplace door. Finally done with the previous ugly chainmail screen. The packaging was expertly done. Arrived in perfect condition.

I liked the service and product at a fair price and fast delivery. I have still not been been able to align the doors by 'twiggling' the frame screws as indicated in the little folder following. So, for now I cannot give it max rating.
