True 'Candy Red' Oxtail Softballs

I’m a big oxtail fan both cooking and eating. Your oxtails were well sized and meaty. The standard ones were good but not great as they were slightly over cooked. The red oxtails had a better flavor profile. All in, I support Black businesses however the price vs. the product are prohibitive for additional ordering or recommending to friends.
