Love this bundle! The creatine has helped my muscles become more defined in the last month. It tastes like a soft pineapple flavor that you can make stronger or less based on how much water you use. I look forward to it in my morning water. The berberine has been helping fight my cravings daily. This creatinine tastes SO yummy. My other brand of creatine was giving me the Ick even being flavorless. This one makes me excited to drink it and therefore I don't miss any doses! The bererine paired with it makes me feel full!
