Ordering process was simple, product looks exactly like the preview, order->ship->receipt was only a few days. I'll definitely order from then again.

Ordered 4 total lighters and three looked GREAT!! Although, the fourth’s imagine was not clear and appeared to be burnt.

Turned out great! Customer service was fantastic quality of work was fantastic also. Order this and then a second separate order shortly after that had an issue I was promptly contacted by customer support and it was all taken care of( issue was on my design). I will definitely order more when I need.
