It was well packed. The product arrived still frozen. I have 5 puppies and 2 adult dogs and they all seem to love it. You get used to the smell eventually.

It was difficult to find a place that sold this product so I went to the internet and found you guys. Thank you so much my dog loves it, he is starting to eat again and gaining some weight.
