100% Grass Fed Beef Top Round Steak 'London Broil'

I don’t usually marinate fresh beef from a farm because I’ve never had it tough. This was a little on the tough side. But the fact that it did not taste like grass and was an extremely pleasant tasting piece of meat we will order again, but I might marinate it this time.

Delish!!! Marinated in a mesquite mix of herbs and spices, with a bit of evo and wine vinegar, popped it under the broiler for a bit, then sliced it thin. Great meal!
