100% Grass Fed Chuck Steak

I made a curried braise, served with rice and a choice of condiments. Although the recipe was designed to serve eight and we only had six, my guests scarfed it up, leaving about a half-serving behind. (Cook’s bonus!) The meat was tender and the taste stood up perfectly to the strong flavors, such as Thai chilis, ginger, galangal, and shallots, included in the dish.

Roast was perfect size for a family of 2. We made yummy italian sammys in the crockpot
