Glass Water Bottle with Bottle Sleeve - 16.9 fl oz

I love the look and concept of the product. There are two issues I have: 1)The weight. With water in the glass bottle in the metal outer, this is heavy! 2. The cap AND the bottle spin when I attempt to open the bottle. After unsuccessfully removing the cap, I have to loosen up the black plastic fitting that keeps the whole thing together. Having to do this takes time and energy that defeats the purpose of this bottle which is meant to streamline getting cool fresh water in my mouth quickly. Perhaps I am going something wrong.

Beautiful Water Bottle with a couple of drawbacks

I absolutely love the look, feel and concept of this water bottle. It is quite heavy, however, and I don’t recommend it, if weight is an issue. (Check specs on website, which I didn’t do.) Opening the bottle can be challenging. At times, when trying to remove the lid, the bottle rotates endlessly, and it can take an extra pair of hands just to keep the glass bottle in place, so that the metal cap can be rotated. Perhaps there is something I need to be doing to avoid this from happening.
