Sunrise Tea

A lovely tea to have anytime, but morning is the best for me. This has become another favorite Ravencrest herbal tea blend, even though I do not particularly like ANY variety of mint. Mainly because mints are fairly strong and can antidote the use of homeopathic remedies (which I take constitutionally). Though the apple mint tends to be less strong than other mints, I find adding a touch of raw honey to the tea helps to temper the heat and strength of the mint.
