This is my FAVORITE herbal tea blend that Susanna creates!!! It truly nourishes my body and builds my blood. And it tastes yummy! Sometimes I will add a bit more Milky Oats Tops or Oat Straw or Nettle when my body calls for it. Thank you, Susanna!
