Jane Vintage Oxfords (Black)

Great basic oxford to go with everything!

Years ago I bought a pair of oxfords with a heel. At the time I had no idea how much mileage that shoe would give and. the versatility of it. They finally wore out which left me in a quandary. I tripped over the American Duchess website and behold my basic oxford that I can dress up or down. I wear this shoe with trousers, denim, and dark skirts along with tweed skirts with black tights. It's my three season uniform. American Duchess please find a way to make this Jane Oxford in oxblood (very dark maroon). I was surprised at how well the shoe fit my foot. Toe box is perfect and I tend to be narrow in the heel which is why the lace up makes my day. Thank you again. Keep up the amazing work.

Gorgeous

I'll preface this by saying that I wanted to purchase the Claires (and probably still will) but my size wasn't in stock and, as these are my wedding shoes, and I live overseas I didn't want to leave buying them too late. The Janes are gorgeous. Fit right out of the box and I can tell they'll break in easily. They'll go well with my wedding dress (a 1940s evening dress) and I can wear them with other outfits. And if I ever get around to doing any WW2 recreations I can wear them then, too.
