This is the best protein powder I have ever tried and I have tried many. The taste is great and it mixes smoothly. I like the chosen ingredients being healthy vegan and different types. I have it very day. The vanilla is also good.

I've researched so many others even those claiming to "hack" the body for optimal health and always remember folks...natural is best and Complement is natural. :-) I use it several times a week with some Kefir, a little cod liver oil, vit d (says my Dr), the chocolate complement powder and strawberries or blueberries or banana.... I LOVE IT.
