La Nouba Low Carb Belgian Chocolate Bar

I bought 2 boxes of La Nouba Belgium chocolate bars, one dark and one milk. I ordered these from my mobile phone from an email from Bariatric Pal letting me know the bars were back in stock. As I have I have only bought Stevia La Bouba milk and dark chocolate bars in the past, I thought these were Stevia based. They were not- they have malitol n them and I did not catch this until I had a couple of pieces of both the milk and dark. I asked if I could send back the remaining ones in box boxes, but per Customer Service I can’t. The agent did give me a discount code for 15% but it did not work. Not a good experience…

I ordered the wrong product (wanted Stevia, ordered Malitol which raises my blood sugar) and didn’t realize it until I ate a couple pieces. Could not send back, and the rep gave me a discount code to rebuy a box of stevia bars - which did not work. :-(. Not a good experience…..

I bought the wrong product, thought I was buying stevia and It was malitol, which raises my blood sugar. Could not send the bars back and I had opened one. Customer Service gave me a discount code that did not work. Bad experience!
