The vitamins are good as far as what they offer. I just did not like the flavor. I am going to try the other one and see if I like it better.

Chalky

Correction to my recent post. My cell keeps auto correcting incorrectly. The mult is too chalky for me and makes me nauseous because of that. But I still take it because it DOES have exactly what is needed for my vitamin regimen. After sipping some water the chalky taste is no longer there and I do in fact feel better. Right now I’m fighting against my tastebud changes and low tolerance to certain things.
