Very happy with it

My husband says the part arrived pre-configured to our particular make & model of A/C unit, and was super easy to install. He turned the A/C on and had to go back out to see if it was running, because it was so quiet - and it's usually really noisy. So far we're really happy with it.

The 2 A/C units have been installed and are working great at this time. My only issue was that the crimping tool did not work. I have my own commercial crimping tool which I had to use instead.

Unit works great but the best surprise was install support; eceptional

The unit was easy to install and all required fittings were in the box. They even sent along a wire stripper/crimper. Plus, install support over the phone in real time during the install! Outstanding.
