Seems to work fine, but did I not get support when a ticket was placed

Seems to work fine. Did not start at first. Entered a ticket for support as my AC was not on the list and wiring was slightly different as compared to all listed. No response or reply from SoftStart still. I had to make a decision on an extra wire on the capacitor that worked, I would have preferred to have support with my decision but, i could not leave the AC down for an extended period.

So far so good haven't had a power outage to see how it my generator acts when it starts up. The instructions that were sent by the tech for my unit were spot on had it mountrd & hooked up in 15 minutes.

Very happy with it

My husband says the part arrived pre-configured to our particular make & model of A/C unit, and was super easy to install. He turned the A/C on and had to go back out to see if it was running, because it was so quiet - and it's usually really noisy. So far we're really happy with it.
