Replaced a Swash 1400, everything is an upgrade except for the nightlight

This unit replaced a leaking Swash CL1400, this unit is smaller, quieter and better in virtually every way from the 1400. The only issue is the night light is mounted on the left side of the unit (when facing the front) and lights up the side of the bathroom instead of the bowl itself like the Swash. The way the water connection swivels on the mounting location makes for a more compact installation compared to the Swash and having all of the connections on one side is certainly an improvement. One important note, that "strong" button on the remote is no joke. ;)

Unnecessary beeps

One school of design that I appreciate is minimalism; nothing extra that is not needed. Your seat beeps and gurgles as though it is Starwars R2D2 reinvented as a bidet before finally doing the what it was directed to do. I suspect that your design team plays way too many video games. You tout your sleek design. The shape is good. What you did with the noises is not. Also, the delay (5-10 seconds) between pressing an action, and when it finally commences. This is frustrating and , again necessary (see Toto for quick response)

Hard to say!

I’ve had a very hard time installing the t44. Brondell has modified the installation and it’s difficult to accomplish. I don’t find that the metal to plastic connections go together easily. I’ve installed two in the past and this is third one. I don’t know if I like it or not. I haven’t been able to get it to pair with the remote control. Going to have at it again today.
