Yummy Pancakes

I really enjoy using Mochi Pancake Mix to make a wide variety of pancakes. It truly provides a delicious base for apple cinnamon, blueberry with pecan, walnuts and bananas, sometimes I use all the above ingredients. I use coconut or almond milk along with fine almond flour and receive many compliments. The mochi flavoring is a real hit and adds a distinct flavor. I look forward to my delivery every 8 weeks!
