Never arrived. Took Took over 15 minutes on the phone and 2 phone calls just to find out you don’t have in stock. Got a refund but what a pain!

Replacement boots also have loose soles.
The lotion is OK, I guess, but the brown boots you sent as a replacement for the black ones with loose soles also had loose soles after only one week! I had them fixed and could wear them again in a few days. That is what I should have done with the original black ones because I don't like the replacement brown ones which scuff easily and already look old. I will think twice before I buy your footwear again. Maybe send me back the black ones and I will send you back the brown ones. (Just kidding, but I wouldn't mind. )
