So far used it to make some "quickles" with yellow squash and carrots - CSA share is bountiful this year, so there will probably be more "quickling" 😉 -- pickling without doing the canning process. These came out good. Not certain what else I might do with it...made a brine recently for BBQ chicken, but used other whole spices I had for that, which came out great.

I love to use this in my dill pickles that I make in the summertime and it’s a great addition to corned beef for just a little extra yum!
