M79 --I am taking medicine for Prostate Cancer. The meds can cause some muscle loss so I want to keep in daily shape for as long as I can, especially while taking the meds. I ordered the lite because it was shorter and could be used inside the house. The cost was right and the shipping was fast. I am searching YouTubes for individuals who make general exercise videos. I am not interested in seeing a buffed 20 something doing a power workout.
