The carrier is roomy enough to accommodate different sizes of bladders. There is a panel at the top inside to attach the bladder.

Well thought out and made, works great with the padded chest rig back strap to create a small backpanel\pack. Will work with a regular back strap as well. The MOLLE on the front is great and not found on many other hydration carriers. Great product!
