One of the best books for practical biblical ways, to draw from the empathy and love of Jesus. I appreciate and respect Bill and Kristie's transparency and vulnerability , not just giving truth. I personally felt my spirit reaching out in empathy within them and receiving the empathy through the Holy Spirit: I have already given this book to others who are leaders and in my personal shepherding. Empathy is indeed" The Word became flesh... We can let Him be the same through us! A MUST read for caring and for being cared for by our Beloved Shepherd!
