I've just begun this book but I thoroughly enjoying especially the definitions in the back of the book. They offer so much Clarity and make understanding, learning, absorbing and implementing information so much easier.

This book is amazing. I’m so thankful for this book and the talks I’ve listened to by Jim Wilder. My neuroscience background feels like it’s coming alive in Jesus as I discover more of how he made us to live in and overcome in joy. I can’t wait to share this with our church. My marriage is quickly becoming stronger and more healed through practicing joy!

Excellent resource! I will be able to use it with the women's class I teach at my church. I will also use some of the skills in my counseling Ministry! Everything I read from Lifeworks helps me be a better counselor and a better teacher and a more joyful person!
