I love this duplexer. BridgeCom Systems' customer service can help to eliminate some of the guess work for new or less-experienced hams, and help to clarify misconceptions if there are any so you won't be buying the wrong type of equipment, based solely on your specific needs. My duplexer came as described, and in a timely manner. They do have to tune every duplexer per the buyer's needs, but after your duplexer is tuned, it will be shipped in a timely manner. I did appreciate the level of care in BridgeCom's packaging of my duplexer. I ended up keeping the box the unit was stored in and the styrofoam (I travel a bit with some of my gear). As with any parts and services from BridgeCom Systems, its for hams, by hams.
