Good Travel Carrier

Was a great airline travel carrier for my cross country flight to see my parents.

Great product and even better customer service!

I really like this product, it’s sturdy and very comfortable for my 10 lb cat with lots of space. It seems very secure when buckled into the backseat of the car and she is happy to be in there for long periods of time (e.g., 1-2 hours). This company has AWESOME customer service. I needed this carrier right away as I was flying to my parents house and needed a new carrier. They air shipped it to my house and got in time for my flight. Literally 4 minutes after I sent in a customer email they replied and said they will get the carrier shipped ASAP. Definitely will be purchasing more of their products in the future and recommending them to others!

Great for anxious pets

My cat usually hates car rides, but she actually stayed calm in this carrier. No scratching, or crying! The soft interior and dark, cozy feel seemed to really help her feel safe.
