Great learning experience. The only recommendation I would make to the group, is that when adding the nutrient on days 2, 3 and 4, do it slowly. Not knowing, I just dumped the packet in on day 2 and the reaction was very substantial. Needless to say, I doing some cleaning up of the sticky honey mixture. Days 3 and 4, I added a little at a time, waited and then added more. Anxious to try it in 3 months
